Reviewing agent work

Preview

How you check an agent's work in the dashboard before it becomes a pull request.

Preview. These dashboard screens are built, but the service behind them is not live yet, so they do not show your real projects or machines.

The flow

  1. The agent presents its work, with screenshots.
  2. You and your teammates comment on it, like on a pull request, or ask for changes.
  3. The agent replies with what it changed and a new revision, with fresh screenshots.
  4. When it looks right, you approve and confirm.
  5. The agent wraps up and opens the pull request.

Screenshots and revisions

Every presentation or reply that carries screenshots is a new revision, numbered from 1, and each screenshot belongs to exactly one revision. Open a screenshot to page through its revision in a larger view.

Comments and change requests

Comment leaves a note. Request changes asks the agent to change something and stays open until a later reply from the agent addresses it; the reply names the revision that did. The review header shows whether changes are still requested.

Check it out locally

The review shows a command you can copy that fetches the agent's branch and switches to it:

Code
git fetch origin <branch> && git switch <branch>

Approve

Approve asks you to confirm first. Approving tells the agent to wrap up and get the pull request ready. Your comments stay with the issue, and approval cannot be undone from the dashboard.

Screenshot storage

Screenshots are kept for 30 days, then cleared. Image storage in your account settings lists them by project and issue, and can free up space by removing everything older than 14 days.

Review in the desktop app

The desktop app shows the same review for an issue that runs on your machine, with Approve and Request changes, and works today. See Review and approve.
